What you will do

• Collaborate with business data owners and stakeholders to understand and define data requirements.
• Execute global data definition processes and create functional/technical mappings from source to target.
• Support the adoption of data models through coaching and training of colleagues.
• Contribute to the design of platform controls, data quality, and data lineage processes.
• Solve complex IT problems by creating solution designs and maintaining product backlogs.
• Communicate dependencies and impediments to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT process or tooling implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing, modeling, and profiling.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and data architecture principles.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional designs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience.
• Proven banking, finance, or risk domain knowledge.
• Master or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
