What you will do

• Champion the Director’s creative vision in partnership with the Production Designer.
• Define and communicate the film’s artistic style across environments, sets, and props.
• Create high-quality concept art and visual development materials.
• Lead and oversee global Art Departments in Los Angeles and Madrid.
• Provide artistic direction, feedback, and mentorship to the art team.
• Present visual direction to studio executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience on animated feature productions.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals including composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of animation production pipelines and workflows.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to balance creative vision with production realities and budgets.
