What you will do

• Develop and maintain market and liquidity risk policies, limits, and stress-testing frameworks.
• Challenge first-line teams on risk identification, monitoring, and new product risk assessments.
• Model market and liquidity risks under various stress scenarios using appropriate calibrations.
• Monitor risk exposures against internal and regulatory limits and escalate breaches.
• Produce management information and risk reports for senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enforce effective risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 2+ years of experience in market and liquidity risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Solid knowledge of market and liquidity risk methodologies, balance sheet dynamics, and income statement analysis.
• Expertise using SQL for data analysis and risk monitoring.
• Experience developing and implementing an internal liquidity adequacy assessment process (ILAAP).
• Understanding of global financial markets, financial products, and key liquidity risk drivers.

Nice to have

• Experience in treasury, safeguarding, or middle office functions.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and financial market data tools.
