What you will do
- Build and maintain API integrations and backend services to ensure reliable system communication.
- Design and improve automated workflows to reduce manual operational processes.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and experiment with new tools to improve engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams on architecture and sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API performance and system stability issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Jamaica, or Costa Rica.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of API development, orchestration, and integrations.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Node.js or Flask.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright.
- Exposure to AI tools and integrations.
