Talent Acquisition / People & Culture Business Partner (HR Business Partnering): Delivering people strategies for senior leaders while owning end-to-end recruitment across key business groups with an accent on employee lifecycle advisory and full-cycle hiring. Focus on employment relations, workforce planning and change support, alongside structured candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.

What you will do

  • Act as primary People & Culture Business Partner to senior leaders across designated client groups.
  • Advise on the full employee lifecycle: performance, engagement, development, employee relations, and retention.
  • Partner on workforce planning, organisational design, capability uplift, and succession planning.
  • Support restructures, redeployments, and redundancies in a legally compliant, people-centric way.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment: role requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Manage candidate experience and recruitment reporting; support onboarding with a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience as a People & Culture Business Partner.
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders across the organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, or business transformation.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders constructively.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM candidate databases.
