What you will do
- Act as primary People & Culture Business Partner to senior leaders across designated client groups.
- Advise on the full employee lifecycle: performance, engagement, development, employee relations, and retention.
- Partner on workforce planning, organisational design, capability uplift, and succession planning.
- Support restructures, redeployments, and redundancies in a legally compliant, people-centric way.
- Own end-to-end recruitment: role requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Manage candidate experience and recruitment reporting; support onboarding with a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience as a People & Culture Business Partner.
- Proven experience partnering with leaders across the organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, or business transformation.
- Ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders constructively.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM candidate databases.
