What you will do

• Manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end with confidence and care.
• Coach frontline leaders through performance conversations and people management challenges.
• Drive high-volume recruitment cycles and manage onboarding processes.
• Adopt and implement AI tools to analyze data, draft communications, and improve HR operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant industry awards.
• Maintain high visibility on the floor to proactively address people issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Award interpretation.
• Ability to handle complex ER cases and coach leaders under pressure.
• Genuine curiosity and practical mindset regarding the application of AI in HR.
• Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Melbourne and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
