What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for two distributed teams.
- Guide and support teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices to ensure consistent delivery.
- Maintain transparency through clear reporting, delivery metrics, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and communication gaps across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Proven experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools.
- Ability to gather, structure, and communicate information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst.
- Experience working in large enterprise or fintech environments.
