Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (Office attendance average 4 days a week)

Salary: €1,400–€2,000 gross monthly (paid across 14 monthly payments)

What you will do

• Contribute to creative ideation and develop visual approaches responding to strategic and business briefs.
• Translate creative briefs into clear layouts, visual systems, and production-ready assets.
• Deliver high-quality design execution across digital, social, and event assets.
• Ensure all outputs are on-brand and compliant with Microsoft guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Support the adaptation of global concepts for local markets while maintaining consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, and Project Teams to deliver integrated work.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and foundational art direction skills.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines or design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of digital formats, layout, and motion principles.
• Proficiency in Generative AI tools and interest in emerging technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in motion design, illustration, or 3D.
