Growth Associate, GTM

Location: Fully remote from Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country; core hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Drive candidate sign-ups and engagement across LatAm markets.
• Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with universities, bootcamps, professional organizations, and community groups.
• Represent Pearl at events, career fairs, and local community spaces.
• Coordinate localized campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, and local job boards.
• Track campaign performance and report market trends, community preferences, and candidate behavior.
• Recommend improvements to outreach strategies, referral programs, content initiatives, and GTM workflows.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent experience with measurable results.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
• Experience building relationships with local professional communities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.

• Familiarity with local job boards, CRM tools, Notion, or Figma.
• Interest in AI and technology trends.
