What you will do

• Coordinate the development of the annual voluntary sustainability report, including narrative drafting.
• Manage the sustainability reporting platform to support data collection and workflows.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather and validate qualitative and quantitative ESG information.
• Support the preparation of climate-related disclosures under AASB S2.
• Assist with internal and external assurance activities and reporting process improvements.
• Monitor emerging sustainability reporting trends, frameworks, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or non-financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of disclosure frameworks such as ISSB/AASB, TCFD, GRI, or SASB.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using sustainability reporting or ESG data management tools.
• Exposure to assurance processes or ASX-listed reporting environments.
