Location: Must be based in Heredia, Costa Rica (Hybrid role with remote flexibility).

What you will do
- Lead and improve the employee experience and engagement strategy, managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Provide strategic direction for local HR services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Costa Rican labor laws.
- Lead the Total Rewards and benefits strategy, acting as the primary contact for compensation and workforce planning.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers to ensure service quality and performance.
- Drive HR analytics efforts to generate insights for process optimization and change management.
- Oversee health, safety, and wellbeing programs, including risk prevention and safety committee participation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR operations, or people services leadership.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills are required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading teams and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Strong background in managing vendors, benefits, and governance cycles.
