What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including new hires, promotions, transfers, payrate changes, and separations.
• Resolve inquiries regarding HR, Payroll, Benefits, Stock, and policies via web tickets and phone calls.
• Identify escalation trends and recommend solutions for process changes or new operational improvements.
• Ensure all HR processes are performed in compliance with legal, statutory, and local business requirements across different countries.
• Maintain and update the HR database continuously and accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent English and C1 Spanish.
• 1 year of experience with HR Policies & Procedures and strong analytical skills.
• 4+ years of experience in customer service related to HR (desirable).
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
