What you will do
- Identify and size market opportunities using deep customer insights and data analysis.
- Set and drive a coherent product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple systems and business units.
- Influence company-wide priorities and ensure alignment between product and technical strategies.
- Establish scalable processes for product discovery, delivery, and measurement.
- Drive operational excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling complex platforms.
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-year product strategies with measurable impact.
- Experience leading large, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and product analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience building platform products.
- Background in Fintech or Payments ecosystems.
- MBA degree.
