What you will do

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for hirify.global Assistant from conception to execution.
• Scale hirify.global Assistant as a cross-platform capability across the entire product suite.
• Design intuitive product experiences that facilitate effective collaboration between revenue professionals and AI agents.
• Prioritize product requirements and investments to balance innovation with enterprise-grade usability and security.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Engineering, AI, Data, and GTM teams.
• Communicate product value and functionality to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of shipping agentic AI products to end-users at scale.
• Technical understanding of enterprise-scale systems, including user management and permissions.
• Fluent or very proficient in English (C1+).
• Experience working with complex domains such as workflow automation, integrations, or platform-level capabilities.
• Ability to manage ambiguous, complex, and conflicting business and user needs.
