What you will do

• Design and implement robust backend features using PHP with a focus on scalability.
• Build intuitive frontend experiences using React and Vue.
• Architect secure solutions for handling financial transactions and sensitive data.
• Contribute to the migration of core platform components into microservices.
• Refactor legacy systems to align with modern standards and project requirements.
• Mentor team members through pair programming and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with JS frameworks (React and Vue preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows.
• Expertise in performance optimization and relational databases.
• Business-level English fluency (verbal and written).
• Proven track record of taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently.

Nice to have

• Experience building microservices or micro-frontends.
• Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Cloud and infrastructure experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Argo CD.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka.
