What you will do

• Develop full-stack features for the activation funnel, including onboarding UI, wizards, and dashboards using Laravel and Vue.
• Build backend services and APIs for user progress tracking and personalized onboarding.
• Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics using Segment, Amplitude, BigQuery, and PostHog.
• Conduct A/B tests and iterative UX experiments to optimize signup and trial conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to identify and remove funnel blockers.
• Ensure code maintainability, observability, and compliance with privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Product Engineer.
• Proficiency in React or similar modern frontend frameworks and backend development.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels (signup, activation, conversion).
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, etc.) and A/B testing.
• Strong design sensibility for creating polished, customer-facing interfaces.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with activation/conversion in B2B SaaS or API-based startups.
• Knowledge of North Star metrics, growth loops, and time-to-value concepts.
• Portfolio demonstrating pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
