What you will do

• Oversee and delegate work assignments to the programming team based on skills and experience.
• Create and edit CNC programs for machining components using AP100 and VPSSRi systems.
• Interpret design specifications, blueprints, and CAD models to develop accurate CNC programs.
• Set up and test CNC machines to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
• Assist team members with advanced technical issues and troubleshoot programming problems.
• Collaborate with production managers to resolve departmental issues and improve workflows.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience as a CNC programmer or machinist.
• Proficiency in AP100 and VPSSRi systems is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Deep understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
