What you will do

• Own the full endpoint lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, enrollment, refresh, decommissioning) while maintaining standard build configurations and baseline images.
• Administer and optimize the EDR platform (sensor deployment, detection tuning, and response policy optimization) to reduce alert noise without losing security coverage.
• Lead endpoint-focused incident response (triage, containment, forensic data collection, and post-incident reviews) and maintain endpoint incident response runbooks.
• Establish and manage endpoint patching across operating systems and third-party software, including patch compliance SLAs and coordination with Infrastructure and Systems Engineering.
• Administer MDM for corporate and BYOD devices (mobile configuration profiles, compliance policies, and mobile endpoint visibility in security tooling).
• Build endpoint automation for configuration management, compliance verification, remediation workflows, and reporting; evaluate new endpoint tools and contribute to the security engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in endpoint security, endpoint management, or combined security/IT operations.
• Deep working knowledge of EDR platforms, including deployment, tuning, policy management, and incident response workflows.
• Experience managing endpoints at scale across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Hands-on MDM administration experience for iOS and Android (corporate devices and/or BYOD).
• Practical patch management experience, including SLA definition, compliance tracking, and exception handling.
• Proficiency with scripting/automation for endpoint management (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent) and strong written communication for non-technical audiences.
