Chief Accountant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Organize and maintain accounting records using ERP systems in accordance with laws and standards.
• Prepare IFRS reports and develop company accounting policies based on local and group requirements.
• Manage tax reporting, financial analysis, and monitor settlements with counterparties and authorities.
• Oversee warehouse accounting and production costs for manufactured products.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of subordinate accountants.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial statements (Serbian standards and IFRS).
• Experience with Big Four external audits (PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y).
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
• Fluent Serbian and proficient English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Stara Pazova, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Knowledge of Russian.
