Financial Reconciliation Manager
Location: Serbia

In international holding company we are looking for a Financial Reconciliation Manager to join our finance team.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular reconciliations with counterparties (payment systems);
• Monitor the accuracy of commission calculations;
• Track and control changes in commission structures and terms;
• Monitor account balances;
• Prepare regular reports related to the assigned area;
• Drive process automation initiatives by preparing business requirements and technical specifications for developers and BI teams;
• Collect and analyze revenue and expense data for the business unit;
• Actively participate in month-end and period-end closing processes, including reconciliations and cross-functional communication;
• Prepare management reporting.

Requirements:
• English level: B1+ or higher;
• Advanced Excel skills (important);
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Experience with financial reconciliations and reporting.
