What you will do

• Analyze specifications to detect ambiguities and contradictions.
• Develop and optimize AI agents and static analysis techniques to improve code generation quality.
• Design core language features, including modules, APIs, and architectural patterns.
• Optimize compiler performance through prompting techniques and low-level optimizations.
• Apply cutting-edge research papers and tools directly into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering production software.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science and Software Engineering fundamentals.
• Passion for improving programming and active use of AI-powered coding tools.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London, UK.
