What you will do

• Design and implement robust integrations with various TMS platforms (e.g., McLeod, Aljex, Turvo) and third-party logistics tools.
• Develop Go backend services for API communication and build React/TypeScript UI for load building and scheduling flows.
• Reverse engineer undocumented systems by inspecting network traffic and building custom scrapers.
• Create testing patterns that verify the visual final state of data in target systems to ensure total reliability.
• Communicate daily progress and technical blockers clearly through Daily Standups, Linear, and Slack.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit engineering team on shared codebases and architectural discussions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems and API integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Go.
• Comfortable developing with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with scraping and browser automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Stagehand.
• Professional fluency in English for daily collaboration with the US-based team.
• Disciplined approach to using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor) with rigorous manual verification.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation tools like Braintrust.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda, SQS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in customer-facing technical communication and explaining concepts to stakeholders.
