What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance Edge AI software for MCU/MPU/NPU platforms.
• Enable deployment of generative AI and machine learning models through custom runtimes and pipelines.
• Perform low-level system tuning to optimize latency, memory, and power consumption.
• Collaborate with system, silicon, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage the full software lifecycle from architecture and implementation to production validation.
• Contribute to the development of next-generation Edge AI frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development using C/C++ and Python.
• Strong proficiency with Linux-based embedded systems and performance-critical applications.
• Deep understanding of processor architectures such as ARM, SIMD/NEON, and GPU/NPU acceleration.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX Runtime.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hardware acceleration tools like OpenCL, CUDA, or DSP toolchains.
• Experience with model optimization techniques including quantization and pruning.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, or MISRA.
• Exposure to Edge AI deployment pipelines and benchmarking methodologies.
