What you will do

• Drive end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional engineering projects from brainstorming to post-launch.
• Design and supervise agentic workflows to automate status collection, risk surfacing, and dependency tracking.
• Build AI-assisted program workflows to reduce coordination overhead and improve visibility.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Map and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment.
• Track key engineering performance metrics and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Proven track record of owning large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience building or managing agentic AI workflows.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge high-level strategy and technical details.
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
