Salary: $145,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions supporting long-term product strategy.
• Lead technical execution, ensuring architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Elevate team performance through mentorship, technical leadership, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Advance AI capabilities by designing agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation.
• Improve system reliability through automation, testing strategies, and data-driven observability.
• Collaborate across Product, Architecture, DevOps, and Quality Engineering to deliver customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Deep expertise in .NET or Laravel.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in-office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple backend platforms (both .NET and Laravel).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with production-scale data platforms (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience in globally distributed teams and AI-assisted development tools.
