Full Stack .NET/Vue Developer (AWS, Microservices)

TL;DR

Full Stack .NET/Vue Developer (AWS, Microservices): Design, implement, test, and maintain web interfaces and backend services for the Stratus application suite with an accent on microservices architecture on AWS and Continuous Delivery. Focus on building greenfield applications ported from legacy systems, maintaining existing RDE tools, and writing automated API and GUI tests (including Playwright) in an Agile workflow.

Location: Fully remote — independent contractors based in Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia (must be able to legally contract directly with an in-country business entity and provide a valid local tax identifier for invoicing and tax reporting).

What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and maintain frontend web interfaces and backend services for the Stratus application suite.
• Maintain and improve existing RDE applications by fixing defects and delivering incremental enhancements.
• Implement greenfield applications ported from legacy systems using established platform conventions and architecture patterns.
• Build and maintain AWS-based microservices and follow Continuous Delivery principles.
• Write and maintain automated tests for API and GUI layers, including Playwright.
• Collaborate with the RDE team in an Agile workflow (sprint planning, reviews, and iterative delivery).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with C# and the .NET development ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of frontend web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MVC patterns.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and follow iterative delivery practices.
• English: professional proficiency in written and spoken English to collaborate with an English-speaking team and join project meetings.
• Location/contracting: based in Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia and able to legally contract directly with an in-country business entity; must provide a valid local tax identifier for invoicing and tax reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, Vuetify, and VueX.
• Cloud application development with microservices architecture on AWS.
• Git/GitHub branching workflows.
