What you will do

• Develop and maintain core enterprise platform services ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to a new suite of APIs to integrate avatar technology with external creative tools.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own long-term projects, breaking down ambiguous problems into iterative delivery steps.
• Leverage observability and monitoring to maintain system health and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product, security, legal, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a software engineer at a senior or staff level.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Seattle.
• Strong expertise in system design and development, ideally with Python, React, and AWS.
• Experience building enterprise-grade systems, including security, compliance, and multi-tenancy.
• Proven ability to own systems in production, including incident response and reliability.
• Full-time employment only; no contractors.
