What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on Group performance metrics, including AUMA, flows, and capital generation.
• Support the quarterly production of Group results, ensuring accuracy and clear linkage between measures.
• Apply metric methodologies to new products, business segments, and transactions.
• Develop and challenge planning assumptions that feed into forecasts and the outturn process.
• Draft narrative sections for semi-annual business reviews and quarterly trading updates.
• Engage with senior finance and business leaders to explain performance and methodology.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IFRS 17 and Solvency II reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting Group-level results production and performance analysis.
• Proven capability to produce high-quality written narratives for external and senior internal audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to apply complex methodologies to evolving business activities.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
