Health Consultant (Public Health)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality research and analysis on EU public policy issues and programmes in multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct desk research and rapid literature reviews at EU and Member State levels to synthesize findings.
• Support study design by drafting evaluation questions, intervention logics, and theory of change.
• Coordinate and conduct qualitative data collection via stakeholder interviews and focus groups.
• Perform quantitative analysis using Excel and SPSS, including descriptive statistics and cross-tabs.
• Contribute to business development by drafting technical inputs and methods sections for proposals.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written English as well as another EU language required.
• University degree in social policy, economics, health economics, applied statistics, or related social sciences.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in supporting evaluations, impact assessments, or research studies.
• Proven experience in mixed-method research, including desk research and stakeholder engagement.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel; SPSS or similar statistical software is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural, multi-disciplinary, and multi-country teams.
