Location: Hybrid: 3-4 days a week onsite in Somerset, NJ

What you will do

• Lead and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) and define annual quality strategy and KPIs.
• Maintain ISO-certified quality systems and ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including compatibility, stability, and product performance testing.
• Establish supplier quality standards, qualification programs, and lead supplier audits.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing RedZone and AI-enabled quality tools like vision inspection and predictive analytics.
• Manage and mentor the quality leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Quality, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing quality teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated industries such as beauty, fragrance, personal care, or cosmetics.
• Deep knowledge of ISO systems, CAPA, change control, and validation programs.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite 3-4 days a week in Somerset, NJ.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FDA cosmetic regulations and GMP requirements.
• Experience implementing digital quality systems or platforms like RedZone.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ASQ CQE, or CQA.
• Experience scaling quality organizations in high-growth, multi-brand environments.
