What you will do

• Conceptualize and integrate scripted events and cinematic scenes into the engine throughout production.
• Collaborate with Quest Designers to define key realization needs for compelling narrative storytelling.
• Determine the technical feasibility of scripted events based on project expectations and constraints.
• Integrate animated, gameplay, and interactive objects alongside scripted cameras.
• Test cinematic scenes and scripted events to ensure proper integration without conflicts.
• Conduct R&D on cinematic systems in collaboration with technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong motivation to create compelling narrative experiences through gameplay.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional creative environments.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for producing clear documentation.
• Proficiency with basic software tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sofia, Montreal, or Quebec City offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with game development or game engines.
• Knowledge of level editing tools and scripting (e.g., Unreal Engine).
• Experience in visual programming.
• Familiarity with 3D software such as Autodesk 3D Studio Max and MotionBuilder.
