What you will do

• Support the structurhirify.global of new transactions and prospecthirify.global of new clients.
• Prepare internal rathirify.globals, cash flow models, and detailed credit analysis durhirify.global the execution phase.
• Liaise with Risk Management and Legal departments to ensure transaction compliance.
• Conduct loan monitorhirify.global tasks and handle KYC activities for portfolio management.
• Draft internal notes, call reports, and commercial presentations for stakeholders.
• Perform asset site visits and support activities related to sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounthirify.global, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in Real Estate, Structured Finance, or General Lendhirify.global within a financial institution.
• Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
• Proven analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work reliably under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
