What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end installation process, including preparation and post-installation training.
- Perform system set-up, including parameter configuration and creation of processing job files.
- Provide functional software guidance and support to customers regarding product features and usage.
- Act as a liaison between customers and programmers to communicate needs and expectations.
- Track and resolve customer issues to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in applications analysis, support, or software implementation.
- Ability to travel at least 15%.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship (ineligible for H-1B or PERM).
- Must reside within 70 miles of specified office locations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the financial or credit union industry.
- Experience with JHA products or equivalent competitor software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general information systems.
- Ability to analyze and convert business processes for system setup.
