Senior Fullstack Engineer (Retail)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and serverless components.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and architectural design for cloud-native tools.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate GraphQL services to support application functionality.
• Configure AWS Lambda functions and Amazon API Gateway, ensuring secure service access via CORS.
• Implement a comprehensive testing strategy including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Maintain production stability using observability tools such as logs, metrics, and tracing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with React, including advanced use of Hooks.
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, specifically asynchronous programming and error handling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and API Gateway integrations.
• Strong knowledge of the Test Pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E testing).
• English proficiency for productive work in distributed multicultural teams.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including indexing and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for local development and CI environments.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems like Kafka or AWS EventBridge.
