What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable high-performance web projects from scratch using .NET and React/Angular.
• Build backend services and APIs ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, security, and overall user experience.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL database solutions, including schema design and query optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs, external services, and internal platform components.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with .NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#.
• Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server) and ORM frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with messaging systems (NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ) and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of web security standards (OWASP) and auth protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Must be based in or able to work from the hubs: Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, or Armenia.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience using Angular, React, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and component-based architecture.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Codex.
• Integration and testing automation experience.
