What you will do

• Own end-to-end QA for the product team, including the creation of test strategies, checklists, and test cases.
• Measure and report product quality using meaningful QA metrics and indicators to stakeholders.
• Review feature requirements early to surface gaps, ambiguities, and risks before development begins.
• Lead releases as the responsible QA and monitor deployment results in production.
• Diagnose and track defects from discovery to resolution, validating data directly in databases.
• Research and adopt new QA approaches, including AI-assisted agents and skills to accelerate routine work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA for server-side and backend applications.
• Strong expertise in test design, risk-based prioritization, and exploratory testing.
• Hands-on experience with microservice-based systems and understanding of their architectural trade-offs.
• Proficiency in API testing with Postman and REST APIs.
• Ability to work with GitLab CI pipelines and investigate issues via ELK and Grafana.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with Web UI testing and design systems (component libraries).
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Practical use of LLM tooling for QA productivity.
• Prior experience in the iGaming domain.
