What you will do
- Provide production support for critical platforms, including Portal Infranet Billing Systems, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Stripe.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues using monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, and CloudWatch.
- Develop shell scripts and integrate tools such as UIPath, Zapier, and Slack to automate routine operational tasks.
- Analyze complex system incidents to identify root causes and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams using Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and knowledge sharing.
- Manage incidents via Opsgenie and ServiceNow, participating in 24/7 on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid setup).
- 4+ years of experience operating and supporting complex integrated billing, payment, or supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in shell scripting and API integration for automation.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS services and monitoring tools (Datadog, Kibana, CloudWatch).
- Experience supporting applications based on Oracle, Java, ESB, and microservices architecture.
- Associate degree, technical school, or military training in computer systems management or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with operational automation tools like UIPath, Zapier, or Monday.com.
