Comms/Content Designer (Fintech): Shaping and driving internal and external communications strategy for Emerging Technology and Innovation (ET&I) with an accent on UX, visual, and content design. Focus on producing engaging multi-channel content, optimizing communication channels, and managing stakeholder engagement to highlight the impact of innovation.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in London (spending at least two days per week or 40% of time in the office)

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

• Develop and implement internal and external communications and engagement strategies for the ET&I space.
• Create engaging content using UX, visual, and content design skills across email, Viva Engage, and podcasts.
• Evaluate and optimize existing communication channels and streamline related processes.
• Plan, organize, and host both internal and external events.
• Manage content structure and oversight on SharePoint.
• Analyze and measure the impact of communication materials across various target audiences.

Requirements

• Experience developing communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Must be able to work hybrid in London (min 2 days/week).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in UX, Content, and Visual Design.
• Experience in promotional visual design for both print and digital media.
• Ability to gather information and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synthesia.
• Proven track record of storytelling and narrative crafting.
