TL;DR
Social Content Creator (Motion Design/Gaming): Creating high-volume, short-form video content for the Oddbods brand and its Roblox game with an accent on motion design, character-driven storytelling, and platform optimization. Focus on scaling video output across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts using a mix of traditional pipelines and generative AI tools.

What you will do
- Produce 5+ premium short-form videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop storyboards and sketch concepts to visualize and test creative directions.
- Create on-brand video content using a combination of traditional pipelines and generative AI tools.
- Build repeatable design systems, assets, and style guides to scale social formats efficiently.
- Collaborate with Gaming, Brand, and Production teams to refine character poses and expressions to ensure they remain on-model.
- Optimize video content based on the unique mechanics and user behaviors of short-form platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a video designer, social content creator, or fan editor in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion design and 3D animation skills.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Deep fluency in social media trends, meme culture, and algorithm mechanics.
- Ability to integrate modern generative AI tools into creative workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in London, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience working as an in-house contractor or within a social-first creative agency.
- Traditional drawing or digital illustration skills.
- Experience capturing high-quality gaming footage.
