What you will do

• Build learning content in Sana reflecting company culture and addressing operational pain points
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions, including Manager Academy modules
• Coach employees using Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Partner with managers and internal experts to deliver high-impact learning experiences

Requirements

• Solid experience in Learning & Development, program design, and pedagogy
• Proven ability to create scalable self-serve and tool-based learning content
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, particularly for management levels
• English and French fluency required
• Must be based in Paris for hybrid work
