What you will do

• Act as the right hand to the CTO, bridging business strategy and technical execution.
• Own cross-functional projects and coordinate timelines between tech and business teams.
• Optimize internal technical processes to improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to align efforts.
• Prepare presentations, track KPIs, and manage operational day-to-day challenges.
• Ensure projects move from planning to measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, or Economics.
• Strong passion for technology and ability to understand software, APIs, and databases.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to translate between technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Analytical, outcome-oriented mindset with experience in structured project planning.
