Salary: EUR 4325 - 6475 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Design and evolve DevOps platform architecture for on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and toolchain integrations.
• Develop integration, system, and end-to-end testing patterns.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory alignment, specifically with NIS2.
• Translate regulatory requirements into architecture standards and guardrails.
• Produce reference architectures and roadmap deliverables for internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform, or Infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing on-prem DevOps platforms.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Server (TFS On-Prem).
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
• German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with NIS2, ISO 27001 or similar security standards.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures.
• Background in toolchain rationalization and modernization.
• Experience in enterprise-scale DevOps transformation.
