Mid-Senior AI Engineer (GenAI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate GenAI applications such as conversational assistants, copilots, and AI-powered business tools.
• Develop intelligent document processing solutions using NLP, information extraction, and GenAI to structure and enrich unstructured content.
• Build AI-driven automation workflows, smart intake solutions, and enterprise integrations for business information.
• Design RAG systems, enterprise search, knowledge bases, and document processing pipelines with chunking, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.
• Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and observability for safe and reliable AI behavior.
• Support cloud deployment, scaling, lifecycle management, and reusable standards for production AI solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of SQL or other data-oriented languages.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered solutions in production, including NLP, machine learning, or GenAI applications.
• Experience with LLM application development, prompt engineering, orchestration patterns, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG.
• Experience integrating APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems into scalable solutions; Azure experience is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Agent Framework, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps, including CI/CD, experiment tracking, and model or prompt versioning.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs for semantic retrieval and reasoning.
