What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to position the company as a key service partner.
- Monitor service commitments and ensure contractual compliance regarding support and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal support, sales, and project management teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Define and adjust Service Level Agreements (SLA/SLR) in consultation with stakeholders.
- Lead client steering committees to discuss performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Develop continuous improvement plans and proactively propose service evolutions to clients.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and build trust-based relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and retention.
- Growth mindset with experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Cork, Ireland office location.
