TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or near Cork, Ireland (Hybrid work schedule).

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to position the company as a key service partner.
  • Monitor service commitments and ensure contractual compliance regarding support and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal support, sales, and project management teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Define and adjust Service Level Agreements (SLA/SLR) in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Lead client steering committees to discuss performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans and proactively propose service evolutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and build trust-based relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and retention.
  • Growth mindset with experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Cork, Ireland office location.
