What you will do

• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, audits, and general regulatory communication.
• Track regulatory findings and observations, managing any remedial commitments made to regulators.
• Advise the business on AEJ disclosure regimes relating to beneficial ownership.
• Manage regulatory issues arising from transactions, joint ventures, or mergers.
• Analyze regulatory changes and enforcement actions to disseminate critical information to relevant teams.
• Draft and assist with the implementation of firm-wide compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, or operational support within investment banks or securities firms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance commercial considerations with regulatory and legal risk.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.
