What you will do

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive buyer engagement and maximize product performance.
• Own the end-to-end catalogue lifecycle, including CAD management, pricing inputs, and rendering processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build dashboards and predictive tools for demand forecasting and trend identification.
• Integrate AI tools for automated product tagging, catalogue enrichment, and image processing.
• Track key performance metrics like conversion rates, AOV, and sell-through to make data-backed strategic adjustments.
• Ensure catalogue accuracy and product detail consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, or product growth within luxury retail or B2B marketplaces.
• Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce systems, digital catalogue management, and PIM platforms.
• Experience with image processing, visualization, or AI-driven design tools.
• Proven ability to scale merchandising strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
