What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models including ranking, retrieval, and LLM-based systems.
• Drive complex technical decisions and architecture plans that impact multiple teams over several quarters.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and model evaluations to back technical decisions with data.
• Develop robust feature engineering practices for offline training and online inference at scale.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Singapore

• Proven track record of technical leadership and solving complex architecture challenges.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers to scale organizational impact.
