What you will do

• Operate production machinery safely according to established instructions and guidelines.
• Manufacture products while meeting volume, cost, and quality targets.
• Monitor output quality to identify and discard or remanufacture faulty items.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within the production line to minimize rejects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience required.
• Ability to work a non-standard, rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
