What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support via email, phone, and video calls to resolve complex customer issues.
• Manage escalated tickets and perform root cause analysis on software, performance, and configuration problems.
• Analyze logs and code to identify bugs and implement effective workarounds or fixes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to address unresolved technical challenges.
• Assist customers with software installation, setup, and customization for AI workloads.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role and 5 years in customer support total.
• At least 1 year of experience in software engineering or 2 years as a networking admin.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux server environments, SSH, and terminal commands.
• At least 2 years of experience with Python, Shell scripting, and SQL.
• Familiarity with AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, or LLM-based applications.
• Availability on weekends is required

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Docker and container deployment.
• Experience with Datadog, Grafana, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of full-stack development (React, Node.js, Go, Django, Flask).
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
