What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support via email, phone, and video calls to resolve complex customer issues.
- Manage escalated tickets and perform root cause analysis on software, performance, and configuration problems.
- Analyze logs and code to identify bugs and implement effective workarounds or fixes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to address unresolved technical challenges.
- Assist customers with software installation, setup, and customization for AI workloads.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role and 5 years in customer support total.
- At least 1 year of experience in software engineering or 2 years as a networking admin.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux server environments, SSH, and terminal commands.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python, Shell scripting, and SQL.
- Familiarity with AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, or LLM-based applications.
- Availability on weekends is required
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Docker and container deployment.
- Experience with Datadog, Grafana, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of full-stack development (React, Node.js, Go, Django, Flask).
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
