What you will do

• Design and animate broadcast-quality graphics for daily programming, including show opens and breaking news packages.
• Translate complex financial investigations into engaging motion content for multi-platform social distribution.
• Architect and maintain intelligent motion templates (MOGRTs) to enable scalable content production.
• Integrate generative AI systems into daily pipelines to accelerate storyboarding, rotoscoping, and asset generation.
• Implement automated scripting to handle high-volume asset versioning and layout adjustments.
• Collaborate with editorial, social, and video teams to integrate motion-first thinking into story blueprints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion design experience in a fast-paced digital newsroom, broadcast studio, or agency.
• Expert command of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience building and deploying scalable motion graphic templates (MOGRTs).
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-augmented creative tools or generative systems in production.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex assets against tight daily deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Practical proficiency with 3D design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Operational familiarity with live production parameters or newsroom control room systems.
• Experience with automated prompt engineering for visual asset generation.
